A Warm Space to Talk, Share and Learn Together

What is Coffee & Connect

Coffee & Connect is a friendly, women-only drop-in session where you can enjoy a cuppa, meet others, and take time for yourself in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Each session offers a safe space to chat about life, wellbeing, and community — with opportunities to hear from guest professionals who share insights on topics like mental health, parenting, women’s health, finance, housing, and more. Whether you want support, social connection, or simply good conversation, you’re welcome here.

What You Can Expect

Warm drinks, light refreshments & relaxed atmosphere
Informal wellbeing conversations and peer support
Guest speakers on useful everyday topics
Support from local professionals and community workers
A welcoming space for women, especially those feeling isolated

Every Mondays, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
