What is Milltown to Mountains (M2M)


Milltown to Mountains
 is a women-only walking challenge designed to inspire better physical health, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth through the power of walking in nature.

The programme gently supports women to build confidence, increase activity levels, and connect with others on a shared journey — starting with local walks and building up to countryside trails and mountain hikes. Each walk offers not just a physical challenge, but a space for reflection, sisterhood, and self-discovery.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, boost your mental wellbeing, or simply take time out for yourself — M2M is here to support you every step of the way.

What You Can Expect:
