Empowered to Achieve supports BAME families through an innovative and fun programme that helps parents to be more engaged and involved in their child’s learning and personal development whilst also improving their own skills and strengthening the family bonds. The programme equips all members within the family with the tools and skills needed to boost achievement and succeed.

- Personal Development PlanGet a bespoke development plan setting out goals and actions to help you succeed.
- Skillset ChallengeLinked to 5 key skills areas Personal, Employability, Resilience, Learning and Social (PERLS) – the Skillset challenge programme develops the necessary skills and character traits required to help you achieve in life. The programme involves families or individual members competing with each other to collect as many skills points as they can by participating in learning activities or experiences.
- Expanded Learning opportunitiesExpanded learning opportunities include after-school, weekend and holiday programs for children to help keep them on task and further enhance their learning and social development .
- Mentoring SupportMentors who will help keep you motivated and provide guidance and support when you need it.
