What’s it about

BAME Connect is a new partnership led approach to tackle social isolation and loneliness amongst people of Pakistani and Bangladeshi heritage living in Oldham by engaging them into meaningful activities and empowering them to take proactive action in improving their health and well being.

What we do

Neighbour HubsNeighbour Hubs are places where you can go to find friends, socialise, receive help and support or get involved in a range of physical, social and educational activities.
Talk2MeSupported by keyworker/volunteers. 1-2-1 and group/family sessions
Regular befriendingA regular befriending and peer/community support session with added advice and information.
ActivitiesPhysical activity and well being.
